Copper Hill Featured as Magazine Cover Story

Philadelphia Real Producers Magazine puts out a monthly issue highlighting the Philadelphia real estate market and its top producers. The magazine only features, & is only issued to the top 500 real estate agents in Philadelphia County. To put that into perspective, there's about 6,000 real estate agents in Philadelphia, so you have to be within the top 10% of the industry to make it into the magazine.

Copper Hill was incredibly humbled and honored to be chosen as the cover story for the January 2020 issue. Founders, Tim Garrity, Ryan Garrity, and Andrew Janos all fall within the top 500 agents, in addition to, overseeing and managing the brokerage.

The article highlights Copper Hill Real Estate as a company, as well as, Tim, Ryan, and Andrew as individuals. The magazine asked for their takes/opinions on a variety of different questions about being both successful agents and managers.

The guys often joke that between the 3 of them, they make a complete human being. One's weakness is another's strength, which has created excellent balance among them. They each understand their role and try to stay within it.
